Role Base Views
In an environment where there are many functions as well as many leads to take care of, it would be a nice idea if team members could only see what they are responsible for, and nothing else.
DialersPro's philosophy named it: "Role Base Views." That means that people from different departments can see what they need to work on, when they need to work on it, and when the work is done, the leads leave them and continue to the next step.
This way:
- Room Manager can only see leads he / she needs to validate.
- Confirmation can only see leads that need to be confirmed.
- Dispatch can only see leads that need to be dispatched or are waiting for results.
- Rehash can only see leads that need to be rehashed.
- Reschedule sees only leads that need to be rescheduled.
